摘要

本研究记录了一次意外的Western Blot 实验结果,其条带形态与经典熊猫表情包高度一致,呈现出标志性的“黑眼圈”与“微笑嘴”结构。该结果无科研价值,但具备极高的娱乐价值与精神疗愈价值, 旨在为广大科研工作者提供情绪安慰。

Western Blot (WB) is an unpredictable experiment in laboratory. Here we report a WB result that highly resembles a panda face. It has no scientific value but great entertainment value for researchers.

1.引言

Western Blot 是生命科学实验室中最“玄学”的实验之一。理想条带清晰单一,而现实结果常常千奇百怪。本研究记录了一次意外获得的“熊猫脸”WB 结果,为所有做失败WB 的科研人提供一点快乐。

Western Blot is full of uncertainty. We accidentally obtained a panda-shaped WB result and recorded it for fun and comfort of all researchers.

2.实验方法

(1) Protein extraction and quantification. 常规细胞蛋白提取与定量。
(2) SDS-PAGE and wet membrane transfer. SDS-PAGE 电泳,湿法转膜。
(3) Blocking with 5% milk. 5% 脱脂牛奶室温封闭。
(4) Antibody incubation. 一抗4℃孵育过夜,二抗室温孵育。
(5) ECL imaging. ECL 发光显影,采集图像。

3. 实验结果

该实验结果显示,本实验WB 条带的轮廓、对称性与色块分布,与熊猫脸高度重合,形成天然的“熊猫印迹”。

The WB band pattern is highly consistent with the panda face in shape, symmetry and color distribution.

4.分析与讨论

该熊猫状WB 可能由抗体浓度过高、洗涤不充分、转膜气泡或非特异性结合导致。尽管无科研意义, 但对实验室娱乐、缓解实验焦虑具有重要价值。我们建议:面对失败实验保持快乐心态,因为每一次翻车都可能成为艺术品。

This panda-shaped WB may be caused by high antibody concentration, insufficient washing or bubbles. It has no scientific meaning but great fun value.We suggest keeping a happy mood, because every failed experiment may become a piece of art.

5.结论

本WB 结果没有任何生物学意义,但它长得真的很像一只熊猫。

Our WB result has no biological significance, but it really looks like a panda.
